The present website aims at efficiently contributing to the development of S&T cooperation between Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). It is intended to support the efforts of the community of European, sub-Saharan African and Caribbean organisations involved in - or interested in - the development of joint Research and Development (R&D) projects.

As a first step, this section features, in a restricted area, the short profiles, ID pictures and contact information (email addresses) of representatives from European and sub-Saharan African organisations willing to benefit from a very targeted contact network. Click here to access the community.

Register

Should you wish to be included into this targeted database, please fill in the Community Application Form and send it back to us as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation by email within 5 working days to confirm that your application has been duly processed. The login and password to access the restricted area will also be provided to you once your application has been approved.

Community development

Other functionalities will be added to this Community area in the months to come, such as online discussion forums or collaborative working tools, so that the “Community of interest” constituted as a first step can evolve towards a true “Community of practice”. This evolution will be driven by the suggestions of the members of the "Community of interest", with the sole objective to better serve their interests.
